Thank you for choosing Tamar Cheriene. Each piece is made to order with care, so we appreciate your patience while we craft something special just for you.

All of our products are made to order, meaning we begin production after you place your order. This allows us to reduce waste and ensure high-quality craftsmanship.

Production Time: Please allow 2–4 weeks for your item to be made before shipping.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Free UK shipping on all orders £190 or more, international shipping £350 or more.

UK Express Delivery: 1–2 business days after production – £5

Rest Of World – £40

International Shipping

Delivery time: 5–10 business days after production (varies by location)

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Note: Shipping time do not include the 2-4 week production window

Customs & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

These fees are not included in the product or shipping price and may be collected upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

Delays or Issues

Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to courier service disruptions.

We are not liable for orders lost or marked as “Delivered” by the courier. If your parcel is delayed, please contact us at Tamarcheriene@gmail.com

If the recipient refuses delivery of their order for any reason, your package will be returned to us. The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning any item/s.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once an order has been shipped and is in transit, the order can no longer be cancelled.
